When you begin to master your craft, you need less and less instruments to make it work for you. I designed a few graphic pieces with just Microsoft PowerPoint and the image capture feature on my Mac because I hadn’t bought the Mac version of Adobe CS.

The highest order is the elegance of a solution, the efficiency of words, the parsimony of thought and the simplicity of instruments.

I need to rev up that drive again.
